Transfer Policy

In order to transfer to CBI there requirements must be met:
- 500+ people on their ID badge
- have been in their old Agency for at least 7 days
- The transferee must be all the Badges up to his highest division
- People who transfer out and back will get a couple of demotions (the number of demotion varies)  
- UDC members who transfer will get a one division promotion than their current UDC division when transferring to CBI
