The Genesis of Central Bureau of Investigations

The Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) originated in December 2014. It was officially opened to the public on January/February 2015.  After years of experience of being a respected individual in previous agencies, Edmundyu1995 and his founders developed an ambition to create an agency. The vision was to develop an agency that carried over fundamental principles and concepts that have been practiced and perfected over time. CBI was formed with the sole purpose to become a thriving agency that ran on a determined and enthusiastic community.
