CBI RANK OBLIGATIONS

Standard

You will be working at the FTF stations and carry our recruiting procedures. As you work at FTF, remember that you are the face of CBI. You are the first thing people see when they are seeking job. It is your job to be a dedicated worker that makes CBI a place where people want to work at. FTF is your highest priority.

Experienced Officers

You have become very familiar with FTF and the basic commands of CBI. With your experience, you are to help the ranks below you accomplish the same goals you have achieved when you were a standard rank. You will continue to recruit and improve your FTF skills. At this division, you will be able to start promoting certain ranks. (See Official Rank List for promotion limits.)

Trainer

It is expected that you follow all training procedures. This includes: using the training script, using copy and paste effectively, and the ability to answer all questions a recruit could have. You must know and understand all the rules and commands of CBI very well. You need to be a good example in base and also to all recruits.

Security

Your main task is to FTS and control who comes into the CBI HQ. It is mandatory for you to know about the proper security procedure. This includes: B.U.M., special visitors and VIPs. You must be assertive and confident to be able to reject those that do not meet the requirements. Remember to be patient and kind when functioning the FTS station.

Investigation Unit

You have been a great example in either Training or Security, but now you must master the other role you did not take on. (eg. if you were Security, you will now have the Trainer badge as well) You must still FTF, FTS and FTT. It is your job to help others learn how to do security and training as well.

Legal Department

As you progress, you will need to keep an eye out for spammers and trolls within the CBI HQ. You are to make sure everything is in control when havoc starts happening in the HQ. Your job entails more responsibility and with that comes the ability to promote more people. Having your input in CBI is essential.

Laboratory Specialist

Though you may not be working in a lab, knowledge is a key aspect to your job. You must know rank obligations, promotion limits, rules, commands, etcetera in order to keep HQ running and to discipline members of CBI. You must be a good example of a worker and aid members as much as you can.

Intelligence Unit

In this unit, it is expected for you to be efficient in all stations of CBI. You are to be very skilled in all areas now. You will have more limits in promotions. It is your job to continue to be setting that example to recruits and all members of CBI.

HQ Management

You are entitled to more responsibilities compared to lower ranks and you will have to prepare to have more power in CBI. You are to record any suspicious behaviour/activity and report them to higher ranks as soon as possible. At this division, you must keep the well being of CBI as your priority.

Senior Ranks

Reaching this division is a true testimony to your dedication to CBI. You have seen everything possible within the HQ and are now taking on more responsibilities. Lower ranks look up to you which means you should present yourself appropriately. You have earned separate entry into base and the privilege to wear your own formal attire.

Guidance Department

You are expected to answer various questions surrounding all sorts of topics. Your job is to provide guidance. You are to still continue to work at all stations to leave a good impression on others. You will now be able to assist in help desk.

Council Commission

At this division, you must have the ability to listen and be open to other people’s ideas. You must be able to see boths sides of an argument and be able to settle it fairly. Filling all stations is a key to being a high rank. You will also be able to participate in transfers to assist the growth of CBI.

Office of Administration

You are to record notes of all incidents and report them to higher ranks. You are expected to attend weekly meetings and give your input. It is important that at meetings everyone is well informed meaning that the notes you have collected during the week is essential to the advancement of CBI.

Top Management

You are to ensure that all stations within the CBI HQ are filled. You are to be actively promoting hard workers and keeping an eye out for those below you. You are to report issues to higher ranks and gaining more experience for the future.

Diplomat

You must be well adapted to CBI and with that is being comfortable with everything within CBI including the people. You have the ability to promote to high ranks and guide lower ranks to success in CBI. You are trustworthy and an active member in the CBI community.

Congress

It is expected of you to attend every weekly meeting, be active around base and to assist others. It is your job to ensure all stations are being filled and to assist in every station as well. You have been part of CBI for a long time, thus you must continue to advance CBI’s growth as an agency.

Board of Directors

This is a very important and respectful rank in CBI. These individuals must be treated with utmost respect as they have earned their way to this rank. It is your job to make yourself available and help at all stations to showcase the knowledge and skills you have developed. You must ensure that all standards are being met for all workers.

Moderators, Leadership Council, and Executives

You have the responsibility to moderate all ranks whilst making sure all aspects of HQ are running smoothly. You must lead by example and begin to start being a great influence to CBI. You may be even given the honour to have room rights and badge admins. You are expected to maintain control of the HQ and to be trusted. You must use your powers responsibly and be respectful to all members. You are an essential part of decision making within CBI. You have shown loyalty to come to this point and have gained respect from all ranks.

Presidential Cabinet

You withhold the privilege to permit promotions to the first rank of Diplomat, Congress and Board of Directors. You will have a key input to all decisions made in CBI. You are to display yourself with integrity and be the perfect example to all.

Foundation

This is the final position in CBI. You are trusted fully by Edmundyu1995 and have gained respect through loyalty and determination. You must make the right choices in all situations and be active around base as much as possible. You have been with CBI since the beginning and have played an important part in making CBI.
